Asphalt Driveway Washing In Issaquah, WA
In this service request for driveway washing in Issaquah, we had a request to take care of an asphalt driveway that had been neglected for multiple years. Our first step is to manually restore the edges of the driveway by hand which includes the use of blowers, rakes, trimmers and shovels. Once the edge has been restored, we then proceed to collect and transport the excess organic material to a local transfer station off-site. Once the driveway surface has been prepared, we are now able to pre-treat the driveway surface with a soft wash solution. This soft wash solution application is a critical step that ensures any organic growths growing on the driveway surface are effectively neutralized and more importantly, detached from the driveway surface. After a successful soft wash application, we then wash the driveway with a proprietary surface cleaner limiting pressure output to a maximum of 500 psi. It is absolutely imperative that high pressure is not to be used on asphalt surfaces as this will remove the filler material and cause permanent damage to the driveway surfaces. After a final rinse, this driveway was restored to it's well deserved beauty.
